A leader leads by example.  In times of conflict, a team usually looks to the leader for guidance. In order to lead, a leader should first be confident in his or her own beliefs, values, morals and ethics. This workshop defines integrity as well as other key ethical terms and concepts related to integrity. It helps leaders identify their personal values and their impact/influence on decision-making in ethical situations. It also empowers them to analyze ethical situations and determine a course of action.
