Tip of the Week

Prepare to be read quickly! Recruiters go through many applications every day and often do not read your application materials for more than a few moments. Ensure that the time the recruiter takes to review your documents is not wasted and shows not only why you may be a good candidate overall but why you are a great fit for that specific opportunity with that specific employer.
