Early Intervention Services Available Past Third Birthday

 
 
 
 

The Early Intervention Training Program (EITP) has two special announcements about a new state law that goes into effect this month that affects early intervention (EI) providers and families receiving EI services. Under the new law, children with birthdays between May 1 and August 31 can continue to receive EI services past their third birthday until the beginning of the next school year. More details can be found in these two special announcements:
