Work-Life Balance webinar – Tuesday, March 13 at noon

Campus Wellbeing Services will conduct a Work-Life Balance webinar from noon – 1 pm on Tuesday, March 13. This program is free, but pre-registration is required. Go to http://go.illinois.edu/WellatWorkontheWeb to sign up.

In today’s world, employees are increasingly feeling stretched and stressed by the pull of work and home obligations. Work-Life Balance presents some ideas on how to regain a sense of equilibrium between the two.

Work-Life Balance is part of our Well at Work – on the Web! series. The series consists of five monthly web-learning sessions. You can sign up for as many, or as few, as you like. The convenient web-learning format is designed to make it easy to attend. Each session focuses on a different workplace health topic. Participants will discover practical ways to improve their wellness, and will learn about campus resources to help you on your wellness journey.
