Undergraduate Research Week–Events in the College of Fine and Applied Arts
On Display, April 16–21, Art + Design Building
The School of Art + Design’s Undergraduate Research Week Exhibition will feature outstanding creative research by nine students, who were selected to represent each of our degree granting programs. (Art Education, Art History, Crafts-Metal, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, New Media, Painting, Photography and Sculpture). Work will be on display in the A+D Block Gallery, located in room 114 Art + Design Building, open 9–5 p.m.
In Performance, April 17 & 19, 1–3:30 p.m., Music Building (South Lobby)
The School of Music will feature performance and research projects by undergraduate music students in the Music Building South Lobby.
On Display, April 17–20, Temple Buell Hall (Lower Atrium)
Outstanding work from undergraduate majors in architecture and landscape architecture will be displayed. This work highlights community-based projects completed by undergraduate students as part of both research and coursework.
Performance as Research: Departments of Theater & Dance, School of Music, April 20, 1–5 p.m., Krannert Center for the Performing Arts (KCPA) Lobby and Stage 5
Performing arts undergraduate students will enliven the expansive lobby of the Krannert Center for the Arts with music, dance, and theater. Experience the arts live and up close!
On Display, April 26, 5–7pm, Temple Buell Hall (Architecture Gallery, Blicharski Atrium, lower level)
BAUSP Capstone Poster Session: The first graduating class in the Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning will present their research and internship work as part of their capstone experience requirement. Qualifying projects include internship experiences, volunteer work, client-based consulting projects, summer research, and more.
