Welcome to the start of a new semester! We're excited to have students, faculty, and staff back in the classroom both on campus and virtually.
If you're currently working in a Canvas space, you should have received a welcome email from our Canvas support team earlier this week. The email contains Canvas reminders and other campus resources to share with your students.
Please note you must publish your Canvas space in order for students to have access. Visit the Canvas, Publishing a Course page for instructions.

Canvas Help at Armory 151A
For assistance with Canvas, stop by the Help Desk Hub at Armory 151A, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. throughout the fall semester. CITL and Tech Services are partnering to provide hands-on help with Canvas, A/V classroom support, and other services managed by Tech Services, including Wi-Fi, email, VPN, and more.
All faculty, students, and staff have access to the 24-hour Canvas support hotline (1-833-228-9829) and live chat with Canvas support through our contract.
Automatic Content Migration
If you were the owner of a Spring 2020/2021 course in Compass, the content was automatically copied to Canvas. You should have received an email with instructions to access and clean up copied content. Summer 2020/2021 course content is currently scheduled to copy in September. We will provide more information in next month's update.
