Message from the President Michael Foellmer Hello fellow Illinois Administrative Professionals! I hope you are enjoying the quiet of the last month of summer—hard to believe the students will be back when I write my next message!
We had a great time meeting on the Quad during last month’s lunch, with many new faces and a gorgeous day to lounge in the shade! Thanks so much for everyone that came out and I hope our guests will be joining us as members, soon! Speaking of joining, have you renewed your membership and encouraged the others in your office to join us, too?! We have so many exciting activities coming up and a wonderful mentorship program which made its debut last year and is sure to bring something to everyone’s workplace in the coming year. Be sure to check the membership section below to renew your membership or join today.
I look forward to the August Career Connections luncheon where Morgan White from Facilities and Services will present “Use the Bin,” a presentation focused on campus sustainability. I hope you will join us!
We are working hard to update all of our information to reflect our name change and establish a logo through our marketing and re-branding team, please excuse our “dust” as we get everything updated and thank you for your patience. The elected officers and committees are working hard to meet your expectations for all aspects of our organization. If we aren’t successful in doing that, please do not hesitate to contact us, we love hearing from you!
Best, Michael Foellmer President |
