Some apartments carry noise more easily than others, and certain noises — excessive running and jumping, moving furniture, music, and televisions — can be heard by neighbors. Please make an effort to keep noise at a minimum after 10 p.m. every night.

On September 14, SmileHealthy, a licensed dental provider, will offer all residents free screenings and cleaning at the Orchard Downs Community Center from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Do you have school-aged children? SmileHealthy will also complete the dental exam required for them to go back to school at no cost to you.
