Startup City Scholars—a new partnership with the University of Chicago—gives you the chance to live, study, and launch a student-led startup in Chicago while continuing to make progress toward your degree. As a Startup City Scholar next Spring, you will participate in an experiential innovation incubator modeled after the Polsky New Venture Challenge, one of the top incubator programs in the nation. Illinois I-Corps Cohort Applications Open

Do you have an interesting research idea and want to explore commercializing it? Faculty and students working on STEM-related technology can participate in the I-Corps program and receive up to $2,000 to participate in the customer discovery process of their innovation. Apply for a Dual Engineering Degree By Oct. 30, 2019

Application for the Innovation, Leadership, and Engineering Entrepreneurship (ILEE) dual degree program is open. The BS degree in ILEE is for engineering students to better understand the innovative processes involved in identifying complex technical problems and creating, developing, and leading efforts to provide engineering solutions. At this time, ILEE is only available as a dual degree for Grainger Engineering students, but individual courses and certificates are available to students from any college.
