"Grainger Grove" bookends college naming celebration
CSL students, faculty, and staff were invited to particiapte in a two-day celebration of the college being renamed the Grainger College of Engineering thanks to gifts totaling more than $300 million from the Grainger Foundation. A ceremony took place on Friday, and Saturday everyone was invited to a morning tailgate full of explosions, experiments, and engineering!

Please plan to help celebrate the legacy of longtime Illinois professor Roy Campbell on Oct. 25. Roy’s contributions to both CSL and ITI have been extensive, leading many centers and initiatives related to cybersecurity and cloud computing. More details will follow soon. Flu shot clinic
McKinley Health Center is hosting a free flu shot clinic at Beckman Institute September 25, from 10am-2pm in room 1005. Benefits eligible students and state employees are welcome. Students must have their university ID. Faculty and staff members should bring their insurance card from their state-sponsored health plan and their university ID.
