Counseling Center offers psychoeducational programming
The Counseling Center offers several psychoeducational opportunities for students. Offerings include workshops on managing perfectionism, reducing test anxiety and reaching goals through the use of mindfulness. These workshops are free of charge, and students do not need to be existing clients of the center to enroll.
