In his award-winning debut feature film, director Ahmet Ulucay portrays the innocence of childhood and the lure of the cinema for two teens in a small Turkish village. Developing A Library Network in Mayotte

The University Library is hosting Clotilde Lambert, a student at the National School for Library and Information Sciences in France. Clotilde will be speaking about her experience in Mayotte. Mayotte is a polyglot island that is part of the Comoros archipelago near Mozambique. AsiaLENS - Day of the Western Sunrise

Day of the Western Sunrise is an animated, Japanese language documentary about the crew of the tuna trawler Daigo Fukuryu Maru, or The Lucky Dragon No. 5. On March 1st, 1954, the fishermen onboard the Lucky Dragon survived the biggest explosion ever caused by man, the Castle Bravo thermonuclear test in the Pacific Ocean.
