Here in Campus Recreation, we remain committed to providing opportunities for our students, faculty, staff, and community patrons to access the wellness resources they need to thrive. We appreciate the flexibility and patience of our wonderful participants and dedicated instructors as we navigate our safe return to group fitness.

As the days grow cooler, squeezing in an outdoor workout is a wonderful way to enjoy the great outdoors and keep warm at the same time. Exercising outdoors is associated with a plethora of health benefits, both physiological and psychological. And an outdoor walk, bike ride, run, or dance party provides a nice break from the indoor work or studying that is keeping many of us busy right now. So grab your favorite playlist, podcast, or a good (appropriately distanced) friend and take it outside!
