The Bureau of Early Intervention was able to procure a good supply of KN95 face masks for distribution to any EI Payee for their staff who would request them. These 3M masks will be delivered to the EI Payee for distribution to their staff members. The number of masks will depend on the number of staff and Payees enrolled as well as the overall number of available masks.
The Bureau was able to obtain a rather large supply and is hoping to provide enough masks to last several weeks to each EI Payee who submits a request.
To request delivery of these free KN95 face masks, an EI Payee must complete an online form.
The form will be available through Friday, April 16, 2021. After the link is closed, the requests will be reviewed to determine how many masks can be shipped to each eligible Payee.
This notice is also being shared to post on other EI Partners websites and shared with all Child & Family Connections offices for distribution to as many lists as possible to let all EI Payees know of the availability.
If you have any questions about the on-line form, please reach out to the EI Clearinghouse at email@example.com
Thank you for your patience while we worked through the logistics of receipt and distribution of these PPE masks and your continued dedication to safely serving the families/caretakers and children in Illinois Early Intervention!
