Thomas S Huang, a pioneering researcher and influential teacher died April 25, 2020, at the age of 83. In his long career as a professor of electrical and computer engineering, Huang was ranked among the world’s most influential researchers and mentored more than 100 students. Virtual graduation ceremony
The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is celebrating the graduating class of 2020 through a virtual graduation ceremony on Saturday, May 16, at noon. All graduates, their families, and the entire university community is invited to help celebrate the Class of 2020. A future in-person ceremony is currently being planned.
