News from ISE at The Grainger College of Engineering — Spring 2020

ISE Coronavirus update: As you may have heard, the state of Illinois is under a shelter-at-home order, and classes have gone online for the remainder of the spring semester. University administration is doing all it can to facilitate this social distancing. ISE faculty and staff are pulling together to “keep on teaching” online, and run operations as close to normal as possible. Our students have been fantastic, fully engaging in their online instruction and even completing some mid-term exams online. We are so proud of them! And as this E-newsletter demonstrates, research continues as before. Our thoughts and best wishes go out to all alumni during this time.
